If the operating system (OS) version that is installed on your computer is not listed on the software download site for your HP product, HP does not offer any software or drivers for your product for that operating system. Alternative solutions might be available for your HP printer or computer.
Be sure that you have installed the newest OS version that is supported for your HP product, and that you have installed all available updates. Keeping your OS updated helps prevent issues.
If your HP product is an HP printer, you might find a driver at 123.hp.com.
CAUTION:
Use caution when dealing with third-party websites offering HP driver downloads or diagnostic tools. Some sites look professional, but might charge fees, steal personal information, or worse.
Only install PC BIOS updates from HP. Installing BIOS updates from other sites can result in loss of data or functionality.
